Winners have 2 weeks from date of win to claim prize and cannot win the same contest within 30 days, per household. Form 1099 must be issued to all winners having recived merchandize totaling $600.00 or more during the calendar year. When you pick up your prize, your signature authorizes Cumulus Broadcasting to comply with the IRS regulations. You will have to cerify that your information is correct and that you were the winner of the cotnest. You may not be an emplyee of the sponsor or any promotional or advertsing agency involved with the promotion, nor a member of any family or agent of the contest officials.
